Sales/Wheel Loader operator wanted!!

We’re currently seeking a Sales / Wheel Loader Operator to join our clients well-established team located in Gosnells for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for someone with some exposure to loader operations who’s ready to grow their skills!

You’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a wheel loader to load customer trucks and manage product stockpiles with accuracy and attention to detail being key when working with weighing and scaling systems.

This role is Monday - Friday, 4.30am - 4pm, with opportunity for weekends work, offering a competitive hourly rate of $39.27 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loader for sales loading of materials
• Weigh and record loads accurately using scaling systems (Loadrite experience highly regarded)
• Conduct pre-start checks and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order
• Work safely and follow site procedures at all times
• Provide excellent customer service when loading customer vehicles

Successful candidate will have:

• Some previous experience as a Loader Operator (sales loading experience highly regarded)
• Understanding of scaling/weighing systems — Loadrite experience a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Have flexibility with working hours and availability to work weekends if required
• Great punctuality and time management
• Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Rights to work in Australia
